Rules for Public Participation
(to make representations, answer questions and give evidence)
Public questions and comments must be about items on the agenda. The public will be allowed 3 mins each with a total time for this session of 15 minutes. Councillors with a prejudicial interest will be allowed to make representations, answer questions and give evidence in the same way as the public also enjoy this right under this part of the agenda, but must then leave the room when the agenda item is considered.
